Ever After...

Biography:
Liane graduated with a diploma in embroidery from the Royal School of Needlework in 2005. This was the culmination of a 3 year apprenticeship at the RSN studios at Hampton Court Palace.
Her interest in needlework was sparked by her mother who had worked some pieces during her childhood which were displayed around the family home. Her first kit was bought at the tender age of 18 (a late bloomer you might say!) which occupied her time in the holiday before starting at university. This fed her voracious appetite for cross stitch, and throughout her time at university studying history she continued to complete kits of various size and subject matter – many were given as gifts to friends and family. The remainder were graciously put around the family home – I’m told her parents may have despaired about the increasing lack of blank wall space!
After graduating from university Liane wished to pursue her interest further, which is when she fortunately discovered the RSN and their unique apprenticeship programme.
