Terms & Conditions
1. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Switch using either Paypal, WorldPay, UK Cheque or Postal Order or by BACS Transfer. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
2. All prices are in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time.
3. Goods will usually be dispatched by first class post (UK) or airmail (overseas) within 3 working days.
4. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. In the case of non-delivery please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please retain the product and contact us on 07709 261863 within 48 hours of receipt.
5. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
6. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Enchanted-Needle
7. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, upon receipt of the unwanted purchase you will receive a 100% refund minus postage costs. Please return unwanted items to our contact address.
8. Enchanted-Needle respects your right to cancel an order within 7 days following our confirmation that we have received an order or within 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longest).
