14 Count Waste Canvas
Waste canvas is used to transfer a cross stitch design onto textile fabrics such as clothing, tableware, etc.
To use, the waste canvas is tacked to the item that you wish to stitch onto.
The design can be stitched by following the holes in the waste canvas just like you would when working on Aida fabric.
When the work is complete, the canvas is moistened with water, which dissolves the glue, then the individual canvas threads can be pulled away with tweezers leaving the stitched work behind.
