Delivery and Shipping
UK Delivery
This will increase depending on the value of the order. If you live locally you can pre-arrange to collect your goods and avoid postage costs.We keep you informed about the status of your order from the moment that we receive it.
Delivery Times
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class and normally take 1-3 working days (not including weekends). Although the great majority of orders arrive very quickly, please allow up to 7 days. Larger and bulky orders are sent via First Class Special Delivery or Parcel Force and can take up longer.
Outside the UK Delivery
We are delighted to receive orders from all over the world.
Please note: As the buyer it is your responsibility to pay for any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Deliveries to countries outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Delivery.
When you put items into the basket select the delivery zone, the basket page tells you how much the delivery costs would be to all world zones. The cost below may increase dependent on the value in the shopping basket.
When appropriate larger orders sent outside the UK are dispatched via International Couriers with insurance included. A tracking number is then provided for your information.

Return of Goods / Refund Policy
At at Enchanted-Needle we want you to be delighted with your order and the goods you receive.If for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return the item in its original condition within 7 days and we will provide a refund. We will also refund any postage costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please send an email, or telephone and we will provide you with return instructions. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since Enchanted-Needle cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
Any refunds are made within 30 days of written cancellation notice and receipt of returned goods.

Our method of payment is PayPal or Worldpay for credit and debit card transactions. These popular forms of online payment gateways are, extremely reliable, secure and safe. You may pay by all major credit cards or pay directly by PayPal account.In the UK or any country using Pounds Sterling we are also happy to accept payments by personal cheque, postal order and BACS Transfer. Once you have selected a bank to bank transfer as your form of payment our relevant account details are provided.
We are delighted to receive orders and enquiries from countries throughout the world. Though prices are shown in British Pounds, you can use the currency converter here to calculate the approximate costs in your own currency. When paying through PayPal internationally, the actual currency conversions are shown.
